Hear is the secret to the Death/Life Cycle : 2 Corinthians 4:10-12: “ Always carrying about in the body of the death of Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For we who live are constantly being delivered over to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also maybe manifested in our mortal flesh. So death works in us, but life and you.” For those who really live, who are experiencing what Jesus promised, “I came that you might have life and have it more abundantly,” are “constantly being delivered over to death.”
This principle stands, for every time the Lord has used me in a significant way, he has first sent a series of death blows that brought me out of myself, caused me to open the door of abiding , and thus enabled me to move in his power and accomplish his supernatural intent.
Sometimes we feel that these deathblows are going to crush us, but we must let them do just that, for it is in crushing that the precious life of the Lord encased in clay vessels is released. 2 Corinthians 2:14-15
The proof of resurrection life will always be the marks of death. One who radiates the life of Jesus and who is a fragrant aroma will have these marks in his life. On the other hand, the one who carries the marks of self-life, boasting in ability, talents, programs, knowledge, wealth, family, or anything else from the endless list, has yet to know real life.
Christians who are walking in all the joy and power that the Lord has for them have two things in common: they understand the necessity of abiding moment by moment, and on the other, they all have faith. Surely, the greatest sources of power must be prayer and abiding.
All that is needed for success will come as we abide in him moment by moment, and it will come no other way. We are always to have our eyes on Jesus, which will produce fruit. John 15:2. Our one purpose in life is to bear fruit, not to do something for the Lord. Take your eyes off the idol, and put them on the Lord who supplies a life that overcomes bondage.
What is needed is the supernatural action of God that comes only when we have our eyes off the problem but rather on him through abiding. The Lord has delivered me from all sorts of manifestations of the flesh, but not one time has he delivered me when I had my eyes focused on them. Only when I have been in an abiding relationship has the Lord delivered me from those exasperations, and I usually never noticed until sometime later that they had naturally fallen aside. If you are focused on your troubles right now, you will not find deliverance. The Vine is always to have first place. “I am the vine, you are the branches; He who abides in me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from me you can do nothing. “
If somehow I could get the precious Holy Spirit and place Him in my human body and soul, I would be completely victorious! In fact, if I could release the Holy Spirit who has already overcome all the enemies of a human, the end result would be that of which Jesus spoke of in John, “truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go to the Father.” John 14:12
The blood of Jesus released in our life moment by moment means secure victory over every temptation, lying emotion, fear, frustration, and any other enemy. Once God does something in eternity, it is always being done. This blood possesses indestructible life qualities: vitality that has torn the veil top to bottom, life that is obedient to the Father, vitality full of all the esteemed fruits, life that is not self pleasing, and possesses the very nature of Jesus! The cross and it’s resulting blood cannot be separated; both have a one time effect and a moment by moment consequence on our lives. I was crucified with Christ once on the day I received him, but placed in his eternal life I am now crucified always. I was forgiven and restored by the blood of Jesus the day I received Jesus as Savior, but once in his eternal life, I am delivered moment by moment by His precious blood. The blood of Christ was not given without the sacrifice of self, nor will it be received without the sacrifice of myself at the cross of Christ.
Suppose I purchased a very old truck with the intent of rebuilding it. When I made the acquisition I was sure that very little effort and money would have to be extended for restoration, but as the work progressed I found more and more wrong and spent a greater and greater amount of money. The more I fixed the more the vehicle seemed to break. One day as I worked, I finally became sick of it and decided to take my losses; I wanted nothing more to do with it. Hoping to remove even the memory of it, I called a wrecker and asked him to tow it away. When the garage was empty, I still had one momento- my hands were dirty! If I wanted no more remembrance of the truck or proof that I once owned it I would have to wash my hands! Think of that truck as your old Adam-life that you tried so hard to change until you decided to have it taken away by co-crucifixion. However, the pollution of that old life still remains in your mind, habits, and desires. You now need the blood of Jesus to cleanse all those old contaminations away, and as you open the door of abiding and allow the blood to flow, even the remembrance of these things will go. The blood takes away the feeling of defilement that sin brings. “But if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his son cleanses us from all sin “1 John 1:7 This cleansing that the blood accomplishes takes away every hindrance that we might have and creates in us a pure heart.
The presence of God is now accessible to you, but only with the blood of Jesus which you possess; because of its immense value and eternal power, it allows admission not once a year but every moment. All you need do is bow before God and enter in with boldness by the power of his blood.
What the blood of Jesus accomplished once it continues to accomplish.
What benefit does the blood achieve for the children of God? Redemption and forgiveness Ephesians 1:7, sanctification Hebrews 13:12, fellowship Ephesians 2:13, total commitment Revelation 5:9, confidence in the presence of God Hebrews 10:19-21, heaven held open for us Hebrews 9:12, overcoming of death in the grave Hebrews 13:20, justification Romans 3:24-25, Peace Colossians 1:20, Overcoming of Satan Revelation 12:11. Do you see the beauty of the blood?
Stop one moment and dwell on the precious blood of Jesus, on the merit which at this moment you have access to the Father. You stand making requests not on the basis of your attainments but on the success of his blood. The blood of Jesus is so precious to the Father that he will not refuse you; actually, he expects you to take full advantage of this costly flow, never letting one drop be wasted; he wants the blood maximized. This is not to say, “sin so Grace will abound, “but that the blood is so costly the Father and the Son want the Christian to experience every possible benefit that can come from it.
Are you afraid of making requests to the Father? If you are, I fear it is because your request is based on your merit, not the value of the blood. Can you be as bold in making an appeal when you have failed God as you are when you have been a success? If not, then your standing is not based on the blood but on your own perceived righteousness. When you have failed, enter boldly before the Father and you will discover just how precious this blood is to him. Once you understand the unparalleled worth of the blood, you will find yourself always before him with confidence. Ephesians 3:12, Hebrews 10:19.
The believer does not operate under the world system of performance-based acceptance, but under Christ-based acceptance.

All for Love - Part XI
I am reminded of the young fish who said to the old fish, “I want to someday see that great ocean.” The old fish looked with the amazement and stated, “you are right now in the great ocean!“ You see, the young fish could not recognize it, for he had a preconceived notion of what it would be like. He would continue to look for that wonderful place, not knowing that all along he dwelt in it! Abiding in Christ is often viewed by many in the same way; they are waiting to see and feel it before they will believe it, while all along they have been in that relationship and most blessed existence.
The “how-to” of abiding begins not with a work, but with an attitude to be maintained. We live in an attitude of abiding, deeply aware that Jesus is our life. First, we are to be constantly mindful of our true condition were we to be outside of the vine. Coming to know one’s self and accept the fact that in one’s body dwells no good thing is not easy, and often is accompanied by much suffering. Philippians 2:5-7. The first step, then, is to know ourselves and carry the attitude of absolute dependence that comes from this knowledge throughout the day. Second, each of us must take his place as one who believes. Believing is resting, receiving, and being patient in the wait prior to obtaining. Faith is waiting on God to provide in quiet confidence. Faith is enjoyable waiting and easy resting. We rest in our position with Christ, trusting the responsibility of the Vine and never trying to do its job! Our second attitude, then, has to do with faith. We have courage for we have learned that it is God and keeps us. Third, we are aware that the abiding life is not a feeling, but an awareness. One of the great secrets of the Christian life is that when one is filled with the Spirit he generally feels nothing, since it is the natural and normal way of life! Abiding is knowing that he is keeping us even when we cannot keep ourselves. Fourth, we take our place as the creatures and give up our tendency and desire to play the role of the Creator. Fifth, we resolve to live only one moment at a time. There is nothing that we can do to provide for tomorrow-this moment is all that we have! We creatures are too easily overwhelmed by any more than one day. Matthew 6:34. Life is only to be lived one moment at a time, being faithful in each moment to experience his life. Ask only for the grace that you need today as you speak to the rebellious child, when you must work at a job you do not like, today as you desire to make your marriage a blessing, as you attempt to share Jesus with a lost one, as you wish to live in an abiding relationship with our Lord. These are the 5 attitudes needed to experience the abiding life. Once we possess these, we will know that abiding does not depend on our strength, growth, feelings, failures, or success, but on his ability to place us in the vine and keep us there.
This day, Lord, I thank you that I am in you and you are in me. Thank you that no matter how I feel, I abide in you. Thank you, Lord, that it is not a position I am struggling to maintain, for you have put me there. This moment is all I will be concerned for. I accept my position of abiding with joy.
The only way out of failure is faith. We do not wallow in self-pity and guilt, but we allow failure to bring us to a place of true dependence, which will bring maximum productivity as Christ lives his life through us. Regrets are for unbelievers, not for those who walk in Christ’s righteousness.
The repentant man, no matter how far he has fallen, can count on God’s hearing him and being overcome by his own compassion! Hosea 11:8-9!
I knew that you are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in love, a God who relents from sending calamity. Jonah 4:2
For the Lord will not reject forever, for if he causes grief, then he will have compassion according to his abundant love and kindness. Lamentations 3:31-32
What is your excuse for wallowing? To what end or benefit do you continue to punish yourself because of unbelief after you have sinned? God is compassionate, whether you believe it or not. Have you learned to lean on the compassion of God, or do your lying emotions tell you God does not hear and show compassion?
We cannot continue to believe that God wants to hear us say we will improve before he restores us to his presence; he actually wants us to come to him in weakness and humility, not in the fiend strength of what we think we can accomplish.
1 Peter 4:8, James 2:13, James 5:20. When we walk in God's compassion, we are free to fail, and His love covers a multitude of our sins, and His mercy delivers us from judgment.
Often I have commented to struggling Christians that we will know if we have truly hit on the answer to their defeat by how hard the enemy will work in the coming weeks to take them out of the abiding life. The person moving in a falsehood that will not bring deliverance will be greatly encouraged by Satan along the way. Those who are on the path of do’s or seeking God’s acceptance by performance, will likewise be urged along, while those on the path of believing will find many obstacles. When it comes to the enemy it is God’s will to stand against him in the victory that is ours in Christ. Satan’s tactic is to either have us disregard him, treating him as though he does not exist, or to fall short of the will of God, or be consumed with fighting against him or going beyond the will of God. 1 Peter 5:8, Ephesians 6:11, 2 Timothy 2:26, 1 Corinthians 10:12.
We are ensured protection by the Lord, not because of the life we live, but the life he lived. John 17:11, 15. Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world.
What the enemy uses to harass the believer are particular manifestations of the flesh; these, as we have already mentioned, are removed by taking up the cross daily, which will cut the ground out from under the enemy and free us from his influence.
Victory belongs not to those who try to generate power over the enemy, but to those who receive Christ’s power. Hebrews 2:14, 1 John 5:18, Romans 12:1; 8:14; 6:6; 13, 8:23, first Peter 1:5, 2 Timothy 4:18, Colossians 1:13, 29, 1 Corinthians 3:6; 6:11, 19, 20, 7:34; 10:20, 21, Galatians 6:8, Acts 26:18
Many are working to have oneness with the Lord or oneness in their marriages, when in fact oneness is something that is given, not worked for. Experience must come out of faith, which is the conviction of things not yet seen.
“If I can do something great for the Lord, then he will be pleased, and I will gain his favor and acceptance.“ Such a thought has its roots in hell, for it denies the Christian’s standing before the Father by faith in Christ’s work, not his own. No where are we commended for doing the great thing; rather, the emphasis is on faithfullness in the smallest of things: For the child, in such as obedience; for the wife, simple respect for her husband; and for the husband, loving his wife. Successful Christianity involves forgiving, loving the unlovable, giving instead of storing up treasures on earth, and abiding in him.
Many continue to respond to the negative statements of their mates. And so doing, the believer will more often than not be fighting a person rather than the enemy who inspires the false thoughts that are emanating from that person.
In the midst of spiritual battle, take time with God; allow the realization of your being seated with him in the heavenlies; let him show you where the proper battle lines are, so that knowing the position of the enemy you will no longer be wasting your energies.

All for Love - Part XII
If we want a loving husband, and loving wife, and obedient child, the only hope that we have is to place their eyes on the Savior who can deliver them from vexing behaviors. None will find deliverance anywhere else save in Jesus Christ.
As we choose to fight the battle on the proper battle line, we recognize that the problems we see around us are manifestations of life void, at least in the present moment, of abiding. We will then join the struggle to see those around us abide, and in this way the problems will disappear.
Will total surrender bring pain and loss? Actually the opposite is true, the lack of total surrender will bring pain and loss! The enemy invests great energy in this lie. It is whispered continually to the growing believer who has given up all but that one thing to serve the Lord, that one thing which is coveted, which has brought pleasure, which allows independence, and that allows the enemy to maintain a foothold in the believers life. What is this one thing? It differs among Christians, but will generally have to do with some right which we believe we should have: a right to be in control, not to forgive, to keep that one idol, or to have some kind of worldly possession or pleasure.
Surrender those last things!
However, since this particular type a believer has given up all else, the enemy is rarely successful in his attempt to gain a stronghold, but he uses this one thing to take the edge off the person's walk with the Lord and keep him away from the full experience of joy.
And so it is with this one small thing; it never quite allows us to enjoy all that God has given because of its presence. We see it in marriages where the enemy whispers, "if you give into him, you will become a doormat. If you love her now, you will only be encouraging that behavior." The couples in this deception, each holding onto his or her right to be in control, lying in bed refusing to touch the other, and declining to communicate, forfeit the abundant life. They have pain and loss because they do not have a total surrender.
When it comes to taking up the cross and denying self-life residue, the lies will take this form: “you must wait for others to die to self-life and abide before you do. If you deny yourself you will not be happy. Denial of self leads to abuse by others. I’ll do it if my mate will do it.” These are deep deceptions, for if the Lord is calling you to self denial, he’s calling you to abundant life. Since you have heard the message about abiding, you are to be the first to deny self and, therefore, the first to experience the blessing.
The kind of forgiveness, love, submission, and respect toward others which the Lord requires of us will never come if based on their actions. The Lord makes such demands on the basis of how he has treated us, not how others have acted. We are commanded to love because of the intensity with which he has loved us. The very thought that others do not deserve love because of their behavior is hellish and demonic, and those who believe such things are rebels in the kingdom of God. We are to love as he has loved us, lose our life for he has lost his for us, and give up all for him who gave up all for us.
As we give up all, we, too, will find great joy, not pain and loss. Do not allow the enemy to have this strong hold; right now with your mouth give up that one thing that steals joy and the life that is yours. And remember, total surrender is not a point in time when all is given up, but a recognition of a past event: that you are grafted into the vine, that you are abiding, that you gave up all the day you accepted him, and, therefore, you are totally surrendered now!
Spirituality is something that is possessed only in the present moment of abiding.
An unteachable man is a carnal one.
We want life, not knowledge.
As we begin to experience the abiding life, our emotions will take their proper place under the influence of the Spirit.
For if we decide to walk after the Spirit, and those with whom we have the most dealings (mates, partners, children, coworkers in the church, and those in our places of employment) are walking after the flesh, there will still be clashes. I have often observed that marriage partners get along better when both are walking after the flesh then when one decides to walk after the Spirit. The enemy will use this situation to beat the spiritual believer down and bring him to the place where he feels that it is no longer worth the effort to walk in the Spirit. With this experience comes the thought that it doesn’t work. However, the proof that it does work is the fact that there is a battle between flesh and spirit. Conflict is being created through contrast. By walking in the Spirit, you are exercising pressure on those around you, like salt that burns in an open wound. Don’t give in to the enemy; the Lord is using you in a mighty way. Allow your life to continue to be leaven to those around you, for what you have has proven itself throughout the centuries to be contagious! We must also be on guard against judging those who we now can easily see are living a life after the flesh. It is always easy to forget from where we have come from, and how miserable an existence we were leading. The enemy does not want us to stick it out with others, giving to them what the Lord has given to us. We will, however, by his grace, resist all temptations to turn away from any believer, not being satisfied until we see them raise the victory in Christ. Freely you received, freely give. Matthew 10:8
Those who live in passivity, never allowing the life of Christ to be expressed through them, are simply not abiding.
The same is true for the abiding Christian; there will be extended periods in which no activity is overtly seen, but in the deepest parts of his being he is being strengthened for the day when life within will be made apparent and be fruit for those around him. Let me remind you, too, that God does not intend to resolve every manifestation of the flesh through a quick answer.
Many traffic in toadstool solutions, but we will allow the Lord as much time as he sees fit to make us mighty oaks. However, the passive believer who never shows manifestations of life is not abiding, no matter how spiritual he may sound.
As we choose to fight the battle on the proper battle line, we recognize that the problems we see around us are manifestations of life void, at least in the present moment, of abiding. We will then join the struggle to see those around us abide, and in this way the problems will disappear.

How to Identify and Overcome a Spiritual Attack
HOW TO IDENTIFY AND OVERCOME A SPIRITUAL ATTACK!
Today (4/4/16) I had one of those days when you have to fight off spiritual attacks. When under attack your mind is bombarded with thoughts. These thoughts stir up emotions and these emotions loop back and feed the thought process. It's a vicious descending spiral.
It's bad enough if you are alone but if someone else is involved - watch out! If it's a demonic thing the others will get hooked into the attack, and feed into the process.
The wrong word, look, gesture can trigger a new level of conflict. We've all been there. It's almost impossible to be passionate and rational at the same time.
HOW TO STOP THE ATTACK
You can derail the attack once you discern that it's a demon at work.
Your "early warning detection" is ALWAYS the same. Here it is: "be suspicious of STRIFE!" Strife is the devils gateway into a church, organization, marriage or family. With strife comes "fault finding" and "anger."
To break off the spirit you need to change the conversation in your head and ON PURPOSE. Stop focusing on what isn't working- instead focus intentionally on what is working. Think about what is good about the person you're upset with. If it's a partner or employee you are struggling with remember that they chose you as someone they wanted to be connected to. They believed in you. They wanted to work in your business or be in your ministry. They didn't start off negative. How much of the problem can you own and take responsibility for?
This is especially true if you are the head of your house or business. You are the gardener of your own field be it financial, physical, work or family. What does this problem tell you about your skills as a gardener? The goal is to focus on what God has done that is good. Focus on what is good about that person. Take humble inventory about how you can improve on your end. From this vantage point bind the demon of strife and speak peace or good will to the others involved in your mind.
This is so important...begin to thank God for what He has done and how He has helped you. Be an advocate and not an accuser of those around you. Pray and speak FOR the other people - not against.
Watch the atmosphere change!

The Bottom Line - Isaiah 43:4
Those who put their hope and trust in the Lord have nothing to fear even when among their enemies.
In the highest of highs and lowest of lows:
Loved

Isaiah 41-45 reveals the POWER of HOPE within our human struggle to believe in the living God who never forsakes us through Christ Jesus.
Isaiah 43:4
❤️ “Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you..." is the bottom line

“For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die— but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God.”

How Important is the Word of God to You?
The Gospel of the Kingdom
Explanation of the Messiah
How important is the WORD of God to you? If
you embrace it or not, you will be held accountable to it by God himself.
Therefore, there is nothing better then a "rude awakening" before it
matters.....so you can be prepared and ready to stand before Him. When you
embrace God's Word you find the common message that runs throughout His WORD
has the power to save you and make you right with Him. Are you willing to
embrace for yourself the gift God has prepared for you? It is the Gospel of
Jesus Christ.
Jesus said to remain watchful. He said to
remain watchful so that we are ready, willing and prepared so as not to be
caught off guard.
